I arrived at the venue, and it took my breath away—such an impressive and grand space. The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, assisting me in setting up my table and easel to display the portraits I would be working on.
This was an intimate wedding, and I had a list in hand to make sure I captured everyone. Once I had taken all the photos, I dove into the drawing. It was heartwarming to see how the guests kept checking in on my progress, and they were all so friendly and welcoming.
I quietly continued to paint during the wedding breakfast, aiming to finish just in time for the end of the speeches. When the moment came to hand out the portraits, I was deeply moved by the guests’ reactions—some even brought tears to my eyes.
It was a stunning venue and a truly beautiful wedding, filled with moments I won’t soon forget.
