To secure the date, I take a 50% holding fee. Please note the below hourly rate is valid for 30 days.

💫 Booking Details:

• Minimum booking: 5 hours
• Maximum booking: 8 hours
• Rate: £115 per hour
• Travel: 50p per mile (estimated to and from CF5 4TH)

✨ In an 8-hour booking, I can usually sketch around 60 guests (give or take). However, if you'd like to book more than the 60 guests I can do on the day, there is the possibility I could bring help with me to paint more guests. We can discuss further if you are interested in booking.

To make the most of the time, many couples choose to create a VIP list of guests they definitely want sketched. I then work through that list first, and any remaining time can be first-come, first-served. Not everyone always wants a sketch, so this system tends to work really well.

🎨 If you’d like to include more than 60 guests, additional sketches can be arranged at £12.99 per guest. These can be booked in advance if you already know you'd like extra guests covered – or, if preferred, I can let you know after the wedding how many additional guests requested a sketch and invoice accordingly. All guests are photographed on the day, and any unfinished sketches are completed in the studio and posted to you afterwards. Alternatively, if you'd rather not be invoiced for extras, I can offer any additional guests the option to purchase their own sketch directly from me on the day, and I’ll post it out to them after the wedding.

Also as a little extra idea, I’ve recently launched a new illustrated seating plan and place card service, which works beautifully alongside live guest illustration. Seating plans start from £99 if it’s something you’d like to explore, please let me know 😊.
