Clair De Lune Illustrate offers the following:

  • Live guest illustration at weddings and other private or corporate events.

  • Custom artwork, including prints and bespoke illustrations, available for purchase via the website.

Bookings & Payment

3.1.

Live Illustration Bookings

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event.

  • Travel and accommodation fees may apply for events outside South Wales and will be quoted in advance.

3.2.

Custom Artwork Orders

  • Full payment is required upfront for all custom artwork.

  • Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is accepted via secure checkout methods on our website.


4.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits for event bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel a live event booking with less than 30 days’ notice, 50% of the full fee is still payable.

  • For custom artwork, orders may not be cancelled once the design process has started, due to the bespoke nature of the product.

  • Faulty or damaged physical goods may be returned for a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Delivery

  • Custom artwork will be delivered digitally or physically as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

  • For physical items, standard UK delivery time is 5–10 working days. Delivery delays outside our control (e.g. postal strikes) are not our responsibility.

Use of Artwork

  • All artwork remains the intellectual property of Clair De Lune Illustrate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • You may not reproduce, edit, or commercially use the artwork without written permission.

  • Commissioned pieces are for personal use only unless commercial rights are agreed.

Event Conduct

  • The client is responsible for ensuring an appropriate space is available for live illustration, including lighting, seating, and shelter (if outdoors).

  • Clair De Lune Illustrate reserves the right to decline to draw individuals or scenes considered offensive or inappropriate.
